DIGIDO SUCCESS STORIES
Ralf Mittermayr
Dienstleistungs AG
Saubermacher Dienstleistungs AG relies on DiGiDO for the efficient exchange of delivery note data across all business scenarios—whether as a waste recipient, transferor, transporter, or disposer.
The experts at DiGiDO provide targeted advice on communication standardization. This has already enabled us to successfully process several business transactions digitally. To achieve an even higher level of automation within the group, our next step will be to implement item mapping as well.

ZEMENTWERKE GMBH
Lafarge Zementwerke GmbH is now offering its customers all delivery note data in real time via DiGiDO, in an automated and electronically processable format.
We have launched a pilot program with a major client and are convinced of the system’s merits. Thanks to DiGiDO, our customers can receive all relevant delivery data in real time—fully automated and in an electronically processable format—at the time of loading. This saves both parties a great deal of effort and is in line with current trends. We will offer this new service to all customers who pick up their orders.

Energie AG has been a DiGiDO customer from the very beginning and relies not only on DiGiDO products but also on the services it offers. Digitalization enables consistent communication with partners, which significantly streamlines work processes.
Energie AG Umwelt Service GmbH uses the services provided by DiGiDO GmbH. Integrating the interface into its own SAP system ensures consistent communication with partners. This increases efficiency and reduces the potential for errors. The data, which is made available in real time, can be used for detailed analyses that support the fully automated workflow all the way through to billing.

As a waste management and recycling company, Höpperger has been using DiGiDO as a web application for over two years to collect, correct, and confirm data related to waste regulations—and, of course, to share it with other users. Thirty-four municipalities have already been successfully integrated into the system.
The number of our business and partnership partners is steadily increasing. This is exactly where DiGiDO comes in to help us manage orders efficiently using digital tools. As a next step, we plan to fully integrate DiGiDO into our ERP system and connect our entire fleet.

Vöslauer relies on DiGiDO for electronic order processing with its waste management partners in order to standardize the various communication channels used with these companies for placing orders and providing feedback.
DiGiDO has established a common, standardized database for analysis and documentation required under waste management laws. As a result, communication processes for on-site waste disposal are now significantly faster, more efficient, and fully compliant with the law.

For Service Tirol, DiGiDO simplifies data exchange with all waste management partners. Automated data processing in the ERP systems of the participating organizations unlocks new opportunities for optimizing workflows and business processes.
From order placement through scheduling to completion, all data is transmitted to the parties involved using a common standard. A smart, digital solution like DiGiDO benefits not just one user, but everyone involved.

DAKA Entsorgungsunternehmen GmbH & Co. KG relies on DiGiDO for the exchange of digital delivery note and weighing data. Integrating the interface into the company’s own ERP system standardizes communication with partners such as municipalities, sorting facilities, and transport companies. This increases efficiency and reduces the potential for errors. The availability of real-time data increases transparency and enables faster and more effective monitoring of material flows for all parties involved.
Thanks to the experts at DiGiDO, we have already been able to standardize data transfer and improve workflows in many business processes. Further steps toward an even higher level of automation within the company are already planned. We are particularly pleased that, as a strategic client of DiGiDO GmbH and an “early adopter” in the field of digitalization, we are already able to extensively test and evaluate the next innovative product, “DiGiDO.Cockpit.”

Höller Entsorgung GmbH relies on DiGiDO for the exchange of digital delivery note and weighing data. By managing orders using the DiGiDO.Web Solution with partners such as waste management partners, sorters, and transporters, we are already able to automate many ARA material flows—from collection through weighing to billing. This increases efficiency and reduces the potential for errors. The availability of real-time data enhances transparency and enables faster and more effective monitoring of material flows for all parties involved.
Thanks to the experts at DiGiDO, we have already been able to standardize our communication processes for several business cases, thereby simplifying our collaboration with our consortium partners. We are particularly pleased that, as a strategic client of DiGiDO GmbH and an “early adopter” in the field of digitalization, we are moving toward a future in which we can increasingly tap into the potential of digitalization.

AUSTRIA AG
With DiGiDO, ARA created a secure and neutral data exchange platform in 2018 for real-time communication with its service partners. The platform not only provides ARA and its more than 100 service partners with a standardized digital data exchange for billing, but also lays the foundation for further digitization initiatives in many operational areas. New analog processes are continuously being digitized using the DiGiDO standard, such as ARA freight documents, K-numbers, and reports on shippable quantities. Further developments are planned: As early as 2022, the bale labeling process will be optimized. As a result, ARA will phase out plastic labels in the future—another step toward active sustainability and process optimization across organizational boundaries.
With DiGiDO, we have a strong partner to implement the initiatives outlined in our digitalization roadmap and further expand our lead as the No. 1 player in the circular economy through digitalization. We particularly value the on-site support and consulting provided by our service partners as a key DiGiDO service.

RECYCLING GMBH
Glass recycling is a key component of the circular economy and makes an effective contribution to environmental and climate protection. The digitization of the glass recycling system and other complex redistribution processes is an important step toward green logistics and an efficient circular economy. For this reason, Austria Glas Recycling is working with DiGiDO to develop a standard for the electronic transmission of relevant data across the entire waste management sector. DiGiDO developed a very clear structure that simplifies data exchange between collectors, transporters, recyclers, and Austria Glas Recycling while improving data quality. Following promising pilot projects in November and December 2020, Austria Glas Recycling began integrating its logistics partners into the fully electronic business process in January 2021.
I would like to thank the waste collection and disposal companies for their forward-thinking commitment and DiGiDO for their professional work.
