DIGIDO - THE MESSAGING SERVICE FOR ERP SYSTEMS
DiGiDO is a multidirectional IT platform for data exchange designed for large enterprises, SMEs, government agencies, and municipalities, using an exchange format coordinated with the business community and users. With DiGiDO, users' ERP systems communicate flexibly and directly with one another.
Egal ob Lieferschein, Rechnung, Zahlungsbeleg oder Wiegeprotokoll: aufgrund des einheitlichen Austauschformats können die Daten problemlos auf den Zielsystemen interpretiert und verarbeitet werden. In den letzten 12 Monaten wurden mehr als 5 Mio Datensätze im Netzwerk ausgetauscht.
Die bereits eingesetzte ERP-Software und die gewohnte Arbeitsweise der Mitarbeiter kann beibehalten werden z.B. für die Übertragung von Finanzdatenformaten (ebInterface, EDIFact, ZUGFeRD etc.) oder für weitere Standardisierungen und Geschäftsbereiche.
DiGiDO sieht die Echtzeitübertragung der Information an alle am Geschäftsfall beteiligten Akteure vor.

HOW DOES DIGIDO WORK?
HOW IT WORKS
Implementing DiGiDO is quick and easy. If you're interested, simply register on the DiGiDO website, sign a contract, receive the description of the standardized XML interface, and your account will be activated.
This requires the XML interface to be configured in the user's ERP system. Through the standardized XML interface, DiGiDO is compatible with virtually all commercially available software systems.
Simple web-based add-on modules (such as DiGiDO.Web Solution, DiGiDO.Smart, or DiGiDO.One Touch) for laptops, tablets, or smartphones enable even smaller companies without an ERP system to communicate digitally with large companies—easily and without any technical effort—and thus keep pace with technological advancements.
