Sie regelt umfassend und einheitlich, wie Abf\u00e4lle innerhalb der EU, in die EU hinein, aus der EU hinaus und durch die EU hindurch verbracht werden d\u00fcrfen. Gleichzeitig ersetzt sie die bisherige Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1013\/2006 vollst\u00e4ndig.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Teil dieser Verordnung verpflichtet zur Digitalisierung. Das bedeutet, dass alle Verfahren der Abfallverbringung elektronisch, \u00fcber das Digital Waste Shipment System (DIWASS) abgewickelt werden m\u00fcssen. <\/p>\n<p>Die DIWASS-Schnittstelle wird f\u00fcr die elektronische \u00dcbermittlung aller relevanten Dokumente die laut Abfallverbringungsverordnung notwendig sind, verwendet. \u00dcber diese Schnittstelle m\u00fcssen u.a. folgende Dokumente \u00fcbermittelt werden:<\/p>\n<div class=\"digido-project-block\">\n<ul>\n<li>Notifizierungsantrag und Genehmigung<\/li>\n<li>Begleitformular (Anhang VII)<\/li>\n<li>Bescheinigung \u00fcbber Verwertung oder Beseitigung<\/li>\n<li>Sonstige verbringungsrelevante Dokumente<\/li>\n<p>Papierbasierte \u00dcbermittlungen sind k\u00fcnftig die Ausnahme. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_2 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>\u00d6sterreich hat, wie andere L\u00e4nder auch, eine nationale L\u00f6sung. Unternehmer mit Sitz in \u00d6sterreich d\u00fcrfen DIWASS nicht direkt verwenden. Alle Auftr\u00e4ge, die im Rahmen einer Notifizierung durchgef\u00fchrt werden, m\u00fcssen \u00fcber die Anwendung eVerbringung am EDM-Portal direkt oder \u00fcber die Schnittstelle WasteX EU digital gemeldet werden. eVerbringung kommuniziert in der Folge \u00fcber DIWASS mit der EU-Plattform.<\/p>\n<p>DiGiDO verfolgt das Ziel, seinen Kunden geeignete Schnittstellen zu den jeweils notwendigen Plattformen bereitzustellen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With DIWASS, DiGiDO is integrating one of the EU\u2019s key systems for the digital processing of waste shipments.
